Storage Ninjas, a family-owned and operated company in Nebraska, is proud to announce the acquisition Waverly Self Storage. The sale was finalized on October 3. The facility is located at 10960 N 142nd St. in Waverly, Nebraska 68462. The facility, now known as Storage Ninjas – Waverly, includes 27,000 square feet of self-storage with more than 130 units. A 240 square feet office on the premises is also available for rent with utilities included. “We are excited to be part of the Waverly community,” co-owner and Sensei Katherine D’Agostino said. “I look forward to making big changes in the coming weeks to optimize the facility operations and customer service.” Storage Ninjas will transition the facility to an online rental portal and install an automatic gate to improve tenant access. Black belt-level storage solutions now available to the Ashland area August 29, 2022 – Storage Ninjas opened its first Ashland location August 29 at 100 Hwy 6. The new facility provides secure and affordable storage solutions, short or long-term, for the surrounding communities. Keeping tenants and their belongings safe is Storage Ninjas’ goal as a family-owned company. “We are so grateful to be part of the Ashland community,” owner and Sensei Katherine D’Agostino said. “Special thanks to our broker, Mike Cerny, and our general contractor, Jim Donner. Many companies pulled together to make our facility a reality. We couldn’t have done it without them.” The businesses that played key roles in developing Storage Ninjas – Ashland include American Fence Company, Topline Steel buildings, IES Electric, Rega Engineering, Gana Trucking & Excavating, Engineered Controls Inc. and Nebraska Sign. Goes Construction provided concrete and Elite Steel provided building erection. Financing was provided by Bank Five Nine in Wisconsin, and the security system was provided by CAP Info Systems LLC of Gretna. Phase one of the facility includes 20,000 square feet of self-storage, as well as open parking units for boats and RVs. Security measures include an automated gate system by PTI Security, a fence around the perimeter and cameras that record the facility 24/7. Storage Ninjas uses the DaVinci Lock System to provide remote access to the lock combinations to tenants as soon as they pay for their unit.
